What areas do you service?
- We serve North York, Scarborough, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill and Toronto, including Uptown and Downtown Toronto. We also take work in Pickering and Ajax, where availability can depend on the size of the job and the travel distance.
How do I request a quote?
- Fill out the quote form with a short description of the job, or call us. The more detail you give us — and photos if you have them — the faster we can come back with a number.
Do you offer free quotes?
- Yes. Sending us details or photos and getting a quote back costs you nothing, and there's no obligation to book.
Can I send pictures of the job?
- Please do. You can attach photos to the quote form or email them to us. Photos are the single fastest way to get an accurate quote, especially for junk removal, yard debris, eavestroughs and heavy-item moves.
Do I need to be home?
- Not always. For outdoor work like yard cleanup, eavestroughs or exterior windows, we often just need access. For junk removal it helps if someone can confirm what's going. Tell us your situation and we'll sort out an arrangement that works.
What types of junk do you remove?
- Household junk, furniture, appliances, bagged garbage, garage and basement cleanout material, yard debris, moving leftovers and general unwanted items. We don't handle hazardous materials or specialized disposal. If you're unsure about a specific item, ask us first.
Do you provide same-day service?
- Sometimes, depending on the day and what's already booked. Call or send the request and we'll let you know what we can accommodate.
Can I book more than one service at the same time?
- Yes, and that's usually the better way to do it. Junk removal plus a yard cleanup, or eavestroughs plus exterior windows, can often be handled in the same visit. Choose "Multiple Services" on the quote form and describe everything you'd like looked at.
Does yard cleanup include hauling away the debris?
- Haul-away is handled through our junk removal service and can be combined with the cleanup. If you'd rather keep the debris on site — a compost pile or your own bins — that works too. Just tell us which you want when you request the quote.
Do you clean interior windows?
- Exterior window cleaning is our primary window service. Interior cleaning is available by request — mention it in your quote request and we'll let you know what we can do.
Are screens and tracks included with window cleaning?
- No. Screens and tracks are separate from basic window cleaning. They can be added on, or requested on their own. Ask for them specifically so they're accounted for in your quote.
Do you clean eavestroughs and gutters?
- Yes — eavestrough (gutter) cleaning is one of our regular services. We clear the debris out of the troughs and check that the downspouts are moving water.
Do you repair eavestroughs?
- We handle minor repairs: joints and seams, loose or separated sections, and basic problem areas. We're not a roofing or structural contractor, so larger roof and structural work isn't something we take on.
Do you provide landscaping?
- No. We clean up and restore outdoor spaces — leaves, branches, debris, beds and hard surfaces. We don't do landscape design, planting plans, sod or hardscape construction.
What types of small labour jobs do you take?
- Moving heavy items around a property, loading and unloading, furniture moves between floors, curbside staging and small hauls. We're labour and hauling help, not a licensed trade, so electrical, plumbing and structural work is out. Describe the job and we'll tell you if it's a fit.
